The location is brilliant with all the great bars and restaurants around and many young people. You can also get the best "zapiekanka" close to the hotel if you fancy a small snack. To the Wawel it takes about 12 minutes walking and from there its about further 5 mins to "Rynek Glowny" so there is no problem of getting to all the famous sights. Whats more, the hotel is located in Kazimier, the old Yewish town so very well possitioned to explore this part of Krakow. The hotel itself is quiet and standardly equiped (air con, lift, comfortable bed). The breakfast bufet is generous with plenty of choice server between 7 and 10 am which is convenient. Parking is not provided however a nearby guarded parking lot (about 2 mins walking on the Dajwor street) is a cheap option (3 PLN per hour or 30 PLN per day).
The room is clean and neatly equiped however, the room we had (31) had a rather small bathroom (no way 2 peoplecould get in at the same time). It was were clean an well equiped but the space was very tight also for a single person.
In the very heart of the Jewish Quarter with smart and well equipped (small- ish) rooms.
On arrival we were told that the advertised free parking no longer existed and were then given a tiny room with two singles impossibly squeezed in at opposing angles to each other like a dorm room but when we explained that neither situation was assceptable to us then both were quickly resolved to our satisfaction (which is good!)
Fantastic location, friendly, helpful staff.
Ground floor room with early noise from reception with people coming and going. Room also a little small with window looking out onto a wall. However we did get a good deal and you get what you pay for.
Well situated in the old Jewish quarter, nearby restaurants and pubs and walking distance to Kraków center. Although the room was small, was enough for one person, cosy and clean. The breakfast was also good. The staff was kind and helpful. I would recommend this hotel with no doubt
The character of the hotel was what I had expected and suited my visit to Krakow. Breakfast was plentiful. Room was large as I had chosen to take a double room. Free safe in wardrobe which was very useful.
Cleaner did not leave milk pots after first day. A little noisy at times when groups of tourists from hotel were waiting for transport.
I had a single room which was nicely done and had a lovely private patio. Breakfast was very good, location fantastic, staff helpful. Excellent value for money.
Hotel was excellent value for the money, staff were friendly, good choice for breakfast and hotel very clean.
Only thing I feel the hotel lacks is somewhere torelax and get a drink before going to room at night.
Great location, good amenities in the room, comfortable beds and a nice and generous breakfast, together with pleasant and helpful staff.
Very clean room, good shower. Enought good wi-fi. The hotel is in jeus quartale, around is much nice cafes and restaurants. Good breakfast.
Our room was on 4th floor, but lift was working only 3rd, so every time goind up on our floor, i was sceard of "jeus dude painted on the wall" :) apart that everythig was okey :)
Clean, friendly, very central for the Jewish District. Nice free breakfast and even a balcony!!
We should have stayed in the Old Town but that was just our preference, this area was great too.
This hotel was an excellent choice. Convenient to the "trendier" parts of the Jewish ghetto. Rooms were exceptionally clean and the bathrooms sparkled even more. I am already recommending this small hotel to friends.
Good location close within 10 to 15 minutes walk of most of the things we wanted to see and in quiet location. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful and friendly.
Not a criticism of the hotel but a suggestion that the hotel put detailed instructions on how to find the hotel on website. Finding out how to get there by public transport and then locating the hotel when we got off the tram was quite difficult. It was only about 2 minutes from the Miodowa stop but took us ages to find.
Great location in jewish quarter, easy to walk to old town from here.
The room was a little on the small size with not a lot of space to get out of bed
staff were helpful and friendly room spotless clean, breakfast excellent
Great location, set in the heart of the old jewish town and only 10 minute walk to all the main attractions that Krakow has to offer.
